I went to Ellie to get rid of stress stemming from too much to do, too little time. We worked on time management, but not in the way I thought we would. She helped me get to the underlying reasons I do what I do, and then we worked on making crucial changes to my priorities. I hadn’t realized that it only takes small consistent changes to transform my life. I’m no longer worn out and overwhelmed! ~ Jen P.

I initially sought out Ellie’s help for dealing with complications that come along with a strong willed aging parent. Along with that, we managed to unpack a lifetimes’ worth of effects that my parent’s attitude had on me and the way I see myself. She taught me some daily goals regarding recognizing negative reactions and things I can say to myself to reverse them. In changing my attitude toward myself, I was able to apply that to the goals I want to accomplish and also focus on what I really want out of relationships with key people in my life.

I was someone who never thought my life was ‘bad’ enough to seek professional help, but I can absolutely say now that if you feel stuck in any small portion of your life, coaching is immensely helpful. ~ Colleen D.

Through working with Ellie, I started changing how I communicate right away. I saw so many alternatives to how I react and assume things in lots of situations. This changed my relationship with my husband and family significantly and made me feel so much happier and more confident. ~ Kelly R.

The most powerful part of coaching with Ellie was changing how I see myself—it was amazing to me how she could see potential in me that I didn’t see. Her combination of tackling external goals and internal beliefs was so much better than just one or the other—they go hand in hand. If I didn’t change my beliefs, I wouldn’t have created the best goals for me. By taking time out for myself, I became clear on what I needed, what was getting in the way, and then found small doable ways to achieve success. ~ Alyssa B.

As I looked into coaching, I found that many of the most successful people have worked with a coach. Accountability and goals are part of it, but definitely not the whole picture.
Ellie is unique because of her background in counseling, which meant she could really get it – she asked the hard questions to get to the bottom of things, and has an incredible ability to listen on a deep level and get to what’s most important. I felt listened to, understood, and was able to keep focused on moving ahead and growing in my life. ~ Susan K.
