Have you ever had GREAT intentions to do something, but you just never did the darn thing?
Been there.
An intention is an idea, a thought, New Year's resolution, a dream, a plan.
A commitment is an action.
If you take a look at your calendar, you’ll see what you are actually committed to.
My colleague asked me recently, what are you committed to?
Ouch, I KNOW, it's hard to face the music.
How about not making a whole long list of intentions. Instead, look at, what am I actually committed to?
A short, highly committed few valuable goals and important people. What is a YES, I'm all in?
Maybe's are a psychic drain, aren't they?
Be honest with yourself. Then take one small step towards the thing you want to create.
When you make an appointment with yourself to do the thing you intend to do, notice how it feels to follow through and stay committed.
Feels soooooo good!
